fancypants1970 @evilcherub Hi! Thank you for your interest. The mannequin has a 24" waist, 35" hip. The skirt waistband is wide and is sitting below her waist, lacing pulled as tight as it will go. It managed to stay on for the photo, lol. The measurement is as stated, 35" (17.5" x 2"), that's pulled taut as it's jersey fabric, laced up tight.
