Caution To The Wind White and Blue Butterfly Midi Dress

Sheer at top and on back as shown in picture. Have only worn a couple times but it’s too small for me now. I do not know the actual size nor do any tags indicate what size it is. Definitely either a small or medium but definitely fits smaller for sure.
