Cdn Pewter Hammered Candle Holder

I am selling a beautiful and sturdy hammered pewter candle holder. I purchased this in the 1970s at an Ottawa Gallery Store called l'Artisanat. The metal worker's name was Stephanoski (sounds like) but I can't find any research on him. He has very distinctive pieces. At the time he was a very popular metal worker who also made beer Stein's and wine glasses, ect. Measurements: 5" round and 1.5" tall. See las photo with dime to show size relativity.
