Handcrafted cedar and cinnamon smudge sticks. Ethically collected cedar from the Sto:lo Territory in the Fraser Valley BC. Cedar is medicine for the Sto:lo people. Its cleansing and purifying. Cinnamon is used for prosperity and blessings. It’s warming and aromatic, the combination with the cedar is delightful. 🪶 I work and reside in the Sto:lo Territory. I am Metis from the Red River but my teachings come from the Sto:lo People.
