Celebrity NY De Lizza and Elster Topaz Glass Cameo Brooch/Pendant

Beautiful cameo brooch made by Juliana D&E for Celebrity NY, 1960’s era. The brooch has an Oval topaz glass with blue and pink frosted glass relief cameo. The cameo is set in gold scroll work with 9 Citrine chaton rhinestones. Signed Celebrity NY Pin with safety clasp Hook at the top if used as a pendant A lovely and elegant book piece (see last photo). The cameo is in excellent pre-owned condition with minimal signs of wear.
