Ceramic Americana Corn Cob Sugar Bowl or can be a great little plant pot

This is a delightful piece of ceramic, one sugar bowl sadly without lid. It is marked “Made in Japan” on the bottom and are circa 1950. There are no cracks, chips, or crazing on it, and the glazing colors on it are still quite brilliant. It is in excellent condition. The sugar bowl is approximately 4 3/8 inches wide handle-to-handle. This piece is in great vintage shape**. Please know, I wouldn’t sell anything I wouldn’t use for practical purposes or displaying in my own house.
