Ceramic Lamp,Hand made and painted in Portugal , Collection piece

This is an art pottery piece from Portugal that is shaped like a hurricane lamp with two pieces but is a candle holder. White with blue and yellow floral, hand Painted it has 870-c on the bottom. The shade is cut to allow the candlelight to shine through. The base measures 5 1/2" tall and the shade is 7 1/4" tall. The opening across the bottom of the shade is 2 1/4" across.
