Ceramic Wizard Figurine Crystal Ball Frog on Mushrooms Carol Meindl Nova Scotia

Vintage ceramic figurine by artist Carol Meindl from Nova Scotia Canada. This is a larger example of her work. He stands 8-1/4" tall. 5" deep. 3-1/4" wide. I think he is Merlin in his blue coat and hat with moons and stars, holding a crystal ball. At his feet is a frog climbing on mushrooms or maybe it's a toad on a toadstools. There are no chips or damage.
