would this fit me, I use size 42/8.5

@collins552 hi thanks for your inquiry. This is size 42D narrow fit. I wear sizes from 7.5, 8, 8.5, 9 or 42. Paciotti’s are usually narrow and longer. So it will fit 42 that’s if you true to size 42 to 42.5.
