Chagall asymmetric hem tunic

Cute turtleneck tunic from Chagall with a funky asymmetric hem. Took a while for me to realize it has a New York City theme (duh!). Cool colours of primarily black and pink. In good used condition. No size tag but I would call it a small. Measurements in photos.
