Chagall funky flair cotton (petticoat design) light weight skirt

The length measures 30” on this cotton flair flouncy (almost like petticoat design) skirt. The grey cotton lining hangs lower than the top layer and the underside of the top layer is a grey gingham checker fabric. The waist is 18” across with non opening buttons to detail the front of tummy. Side zip. The top band fabric that wraps tummy area is like a synthetic type of plastic.
