Chain waist wrap/skirt

Gold chain waist wrap/skirt Originally bought this thinking I would use it on vacation to overlay over a bathing suit or night out. There is weight to this skirt and there is a clasp so you can adjust to your waist size. I purchased it inside a box from a boutique store but never wore it.
