Chambray striped button-up dress

Blue and white striped button-down dress. The dress is so light and airy and breathable. Can be worn as an open outer layer or buttoned-up as a dress. Has cute frayed bottom. Fabric falls well and has great movement. Worn once and want to switch out for something else.
