missbitty hahahaha I made you an offer so you could counter with the $6.99 shipping, As buyers cannot offer lowered shipping. I even explained this to you several times!! You have not lowered the shipping on this item yet you continue to smuggly go on and on about how you have rather just just making me an offer to accept. It’s ridiculous I have logged in with other accounts of mine and even restarted my app but I cannot find where you have “lowered” it to $6.99 it still reads as $13.49
