Chanel city tote bag

This was bought as a gift at a small boutique that has since closed. I’ve seen the receipt and, based on the price, I think it was sold as an authentic bag. I am not expert on authenticity but am convinced that this is not authentic. PVC coating, I think. It’s not in great shape, but might be good for someone looking for a casual bag or someone who knows how to apply a coating!
