excellent condition Chaps dress sz 10 med model is a sz Large 38 bust so it's too snug but oh how cute it is nice fabric..cotton 98% Spandex 2% if you take sz Medium in dresses and are 34-35 bust, this should fit nicely prob could fit a 36 bust would fit but it may be a touch snug Please measure you bust to get get your "current" measurement as it changes with even a 5 pound loss or gain. 020524
