Beautiful Chaps Top with ruffled lace around the neckline. Fabric is soft cotton stretch with the lace overlay in the front. It's perfect casual or formal, on its own with a skirt or slacks and light enough to wear under a jacket for a romantic or western look. I'm a big Ralph Lauren fan and adore this one, just a wee bit small for me.
