Charming Rainbow Tutu Skirt Handmade

This delightful kids' skirt features a silky rainbow tie with a fluffy tutu skirt, full of all the colours of the rainbow 🌈. Perfect for special occasions. Approximately 12" from top of belt to bottom of skirt. Approximately a size 6/7 girls. This item is handmade, and is new and unused, but has no tags. Though the bodice and tulle skirt materials are prone to developing pulls, I do not see any present on this piece. Comes from a pet friendly home.
