Charming vintage green high-waisted skirt

High-waisted button-up vintage skirt. Lined. In good used condition. Marked 11 but I believe it's about a size 8 or M. Not entirely sure of the fabric type, maybe a satin-linen blend. Good vintage condition. Could just use a steam for the wrinkles. :)
