Checkered midi dress in size 42, made in Turkey

Brand new never worn dress. Would look cute with tall boots. Not sure if a 42 is equivalent to a medium. Any questions please ask. I can provide measurements if needed. Has a v-neck and a round neck, so might be able to wear the v in front or round neck in the front.
