Chef Cloth Doll Vintage Plastic Bag Holder Dispenser with gingerbread Buttons. The bag is in good condition. It does come with some discoloration and some marks. Possibly can be set cleaned. You can hang him/her from the back of the red scarf. It has a velcro closure at the top where you put bags in, and then you can dispense the bags at the end of the back of his legs. Very cute.
