This thing will get your knives sharp enough to shave with. It’s insane. I wasted money on so many sharpeners, before I found this. Sharpened all my knives, one time, maybe 6 months ago, and a honing rod is still all I need, as it cuts to Japanese blade angle of 20 degrees. Scary sharp!!!
