Lovely Chelsea28 maxi dress. Fully lined. Very pretty and feminine. Elasticized waist and sleeve cuffs. Royal blue, with other lighter shades of blue and salmon colour. Beautiful spring/summer dress. Three cloth covered buttons from v-neck to waist. 3 panels on skirt that get fuller to hem. Length from shoulder about 47” from waist about 32”.
