Chelsea Black Dress with Dramatic Ruffle Sleeves

Only worn once. Dramatic ruffle sleeves. Low back. Polyester and spandex material There is one spot where a thread was snagged, please see pic. There is no tag that mentions the size on it but I am a size 4/small and this dress was a bit big on me. I would say this dress is a size 6 small/medium
