Chelsea Cropped Blouse with Lace Bell Sleeves Size Small

Pretty, semi cropped blouse by Chelsea. Sleeves are 3/4 length with lace bell trim. Concealed zipper at back. Size tag is missing, but it fits like a size small (see measurements). fabric is silky and has no stretch. Excellent condition. Approx. flat lay measurements: Length: 17" Bust: 18"
