Chelsea dress from Honey store in square one

Size is not noted on the tag but based on the size I was when purchased this would be a US0/2 or XS/S. Purchased from Honey store at square one shopping center, worn one time to a wedding so it is in perfect condition. Has a lovely spin to it when you twirl. Gold stitching in the white fabric is beautiful. The big ribbon in the back can be tied to hang straight down or in a bow, or however else you could think to wrap/tie it. Open back to under bra line so you wouldn’t be able to wear a normal bra.
