Chelsea semi formal dress red

I can’t find a size but it’s probably a women’s XS or S. I’m 5’10 and I just find it a bit too short. Only worn twice. Adorable bow detailing on back. Bought it from the boutique dress store Honey. Wore it to semi formal events.
