Classy Lace Smock Dress by Chelsea28 has double layers- cream/white lace over top of a black under layer. -3/4 length sleeves are slightly flared as well as scalloped at the forearm opening hemline -Just above the knee-length which is also a scalloped hemline -Neckline is lined with black lace which is a scoop in the front and a V in the back to the zipper opening -Gold-toned zipper on the back of the dress runs and opens from top to bottom making this dress a breeze to put on and take off -Size small but fits larger and is still loose fitting as a medium.
