Cheongsam Top Mandarin Collar Knotted Buttons Womens size 40 Traditional Chinese

I am slowly accepting that I will never be able to wear many pieces of clothing that I kept for too long. This is such one piece. When I received it, new, late 90s, it was really too big for me and so it slept in my closet until now when it is now too small 😅 There is only one label in the garment with no brand and not material list stating Hong Kong and a size 40. Bust is 38" (pretty much perfect match for my vintage mannequin) Flat measurements (see picture) shoulder seam to shoulder seam 17" in a straight line sleeves 16" long from top of shoulder with 8" from top to bottom of sleeves at the shoulder garment measures 25" long from top of shoulder Zipper, snaps, and frog closures are all in working order. Please note that when that garment was made no overlock, zigzag, crimp scissors, or even fabric glue was used on all inside seems so they *will fray more* with wearing and washing unless one of the aforementioned method is used on them before wearing/washing.
