This little skirt is by Albion. It is a black and white check pattern with 3 inch wide elasticized waistband. There are 2 side and 2 rear pockets. There is a drawstring around the waist as well. It has a 28 inch waist and is a total of 19 inches in length original tags still attached. (10)
