chevonnemeghan @heiditruesdell Thank you! I think you have the wrong address for shipping though. My correct shipping address is PO BOX 191, S Egremont, MA 01258. I’m not sure where to enter that besides here in a comment!

heiditruesdell @chevonnemeghan thanks for your purchase! Yes I’m seeing a different label on the label. If you go under your account you will a section that says “my addresses” you should be able to change it there. Once you do that I can always request for them to send an updated label. Or I could cross your old one out and write the new one.

chevonnemeghan @heiditruesdell I’m having some tech issues updating my address. They keep saying they’re supposed to send me a verification code but nothing is coming in. Stand by! I think you might need a different label? Not sure if crossing it out is allowed?

heiditruesdell Hey! So I was in the process of writing to postmark I found this!... To change your address: In the app Go to your Account Tab (@username) Select My Purchases Select the unshipped order Select Show More Select Edit next to the Ship To information Select an existing address or Add Address Give it a try and let me know how it goes:)

I messaged them earlier the first time I tried to change it, but if I don’t hear back from them by tomorrow I’m also down to just send you $ for shipping. This won’t let me type and send this word - but it starts with a V and ends with an O.😂

heiditruesdell I have just sent them a message and asked them to help you. I cant change it on my end. Ill keep you posted when they respond. I moved last year and I cant recall if changing my address was a problem.
