brandy5781 @paigeshaw88 Hello, yes size 14 Waist is 15.5” and pit to pit is 20”. This is a flat measurement with no stretch. The material does have stretch in it. Let me know if you need anything else.

So it is designed to stretch while supporting. To do this she rarely uses zippers or buttons and is usually a step into or a pull over type of dress.
