Chic Blue and Black Floral Midi Dress

Slim fit, round neck, side zip, cap sleeves, fully lined. Great for a holiday or cocktail party, wedding guest, etc. Brand new with tags, never worn. I found something else for my event and couldn’t return it. Size 8. Approximate measurements: bust 17” across, waist 15”, hip 18”, overall length 38.5”. Has a little bit of stretch, as I have a 39” hip and this fits me nicely.
