Chic by Jacob brand, just so feminine and classy, looks great untucked over black leggings or leather pants or tucked into dress pants under a blazer! Like new, buttons behind the neck, elasticized button loop so it's easy to fasten. Pretty tulip sleeves, lightweight and shape flattering tailoring. Size: Small would fit ladies in sizes 2-4 & I even wore it when I was a size 6.
