Chic long tunic style multi-media vest

Reposhing this item I purchased from @patttiolantern. Really cute but I’m not a sheer girl, it’s basically new without tags ! This vest adds so much to a basic outfit with a turtleneck, blouse or t-shirt. The back has a cutout with sheer black fabric and drapes beautifully or can be belted. Belt can be used to close or for detail tied at the back of the vest. In excellent condition. Size: 1X - ptp 24 inches, length 35.5 inches
