Chic me Dress shirt with button down sides

NWOT Chic me dress shirt ever been worn size large the bottom kind of flares out and the waist gets fitting really cute on but in the pics doesn’t look that way and both the sides have buttons you can leave undone or button.. would change from a casual to dressier shirt
