Chico's Turquoise Cardigan Sweater Size Small

Chico's turquoise buttoned cardigan - 3 alabaster (mother of pearl) buttons and then it is open to the bottom, 3/4 sleeves, two pockets in a really loose knit, 57% linen, 34% acrylic. Chico's size 0 which is Small/4 in US sizing. Measurements are 15" armpit to armpit and 25" from shoulder to bottom hem. NOTE: There is an issue with the top buttonhole on the sweater where the buttonhole needs to be mended to the knit part on the bottom - it is fixable, but I don't have the knowledge or skills to do it, therefore the price is dropping.
