Chico's XL (3) Black v-neck blouse with sheer floral sleeves with gold details. Kni woven clip dot sleeve top. This pretty feminine blouse is in excellent condition. It has a slight v-neck and sheer fabric sleeves with flowers and gold thread. The black fabric is very stretchy. may contain lycra or other stretchy fabric but content is unknown as tag has been removed. Sleeves have shirring at the ends for wider stretchy cuffs. no pilling or pulls ptp is 20.5in but stretches to 24in length is 25in
