Chicwish Tulle Skirt

In excellent pre-owned condition. No size tag but I am sure it is a size small - 12 inches across waist & 33 inches from top to bottom. Elastic waist- lots of stretch. 2 layers of tulle and a liner so it isn’t sheer. Super cute dressed up or down! Thank you for looking!
