Chie Mihara 2.5” skinny heel

Size 39, US size ~8.5/9, round toe, navy blue heel with navy polka-dots on a lighter blue on the toe. Worn a handful of times so there are a few scuff marks on shoe, visible in the photos. Comes with dust bag from designer.
