Chiffon Peplum Top

This is a light weight peplum too perfect for summer with trendy ruching details at the waist. The waist strings are not adjustable and are for decoration, but the elastic waist bands are very stretchy. It has fabric buttons and the top ends right at the hip bone. Purchased last summer and worn minimally.
