Navy chiffon “shirt” dress with a purple/white floral print. Dress has a collar, buttons up most of the way, has cuffs with 2 buttons each. Dress also has a waist seam and comes with a slip dress underneath. Back has a zipper closure and stops at a large cut out below the collar
