lol I bought this as an adult 😩😂😂 it’s size kids 16 (which is a teenager who is fully grown and the same size as lots of women in their 20s) so it truly can fit someone with a 27ish waist no problem I only wore it one time so it’s really like brand new. when I wore it at that time I had a 27-28 waist and I was completely comfortable in it. great for a 16 year old or for any teenager or more a young adult or even 30 year old. it’s from the children’s place but fits like an adult size 4
