So laying flat- across the top on one side, without pull out the elastic it is about 10 1/4” but when I wrap the tape measure around the waistband again not stretching out the elastic it measures about 21”. Marked a size medium for 7-8 years of age. Hope that helps. Please let me know if there is any other info I can provide.

sandpiper66 @dhall3545 yes most of this type of kids leggings are cotton with elastic blend and the waistband is elastic. Unfortunately I can’t apply just a shipping discount. It won’t allow me and if I discount the price on this one piece I will loose money once they take their fees But I see you have liked other pieces. Are you interested in purchasing those pieces as them if you bundle them I can make an offer discounting the pieces and shipping. Thank you.
