They have chimes inside and sounds very zen and calming. These are great for hand exercises: you roll both balls in one hand. Standard big size balls to accommodate adult hands. It’s just too big for my small hand. The balls can be used for hand coordination, exercise hand acupuncture points, for active meditation, brain focus, mental exercise, health and relaxation, and stress reduction. Instruction pamphlet included but can also be found in Youtube. Would make a great decoration, too. Can be displayed as an iron ball on its own. Previously with smoke smell, I have these professionally ozonated which reduced the scent and organic components in it removed. Over time, it will just fade.
