Chinese New Year of the Rabbit Festival Mooncake Tin

Chinese New Year Festival moon cake tin. Features a rabbit alongside a woman who is dressed in a ceremonial costume, dancing about scattered wisps of cloud and a full moon. Red, gold and cream, this tin was designed for the 'Year of the Rabbit' in 2009 and used to hold the traditional double yolk moon cake that is very popular throughout the festival. There is a small hairline scratch and a tiny dent (please see photos), but otherwise good condition. Great for sewing supplies, buttons or storage of other miscellaneous items. Almost vintage, just a few more years. I have another small tin for sale as well.
