Chinese cloisonne camel pendant

Did you know that the Bactrian - or two hump - camel was a mainstay for transportation along the Silk Road? The things we Iearn (or remember) when researching jewelry! This vintage piece brought back from China by a friend is about 1-3/4 inches tall and about 1-1/2 inches long. It is made of enamel over brass, with decoration on both sides and on the top.
