Chocolate brown velvet blouse

Beautiful rich chocolate brown velvet short sleeved blouse with silk trim. Pleated neckline with button closure at the back. Pleated detail on back of blouse with silk waist ties. One of the loops for the ties has become partially detached (see photo) and the side of the blouse near the bottom has a small blemish (see photo).
