@jspironello Hi There, The length of the choker is 14.5inches (longest measurement). But you can make it shorter. It is adjustable. I will attach a new picture to show the length. As for the discount on shipping, I can do the minimum discount as you can see the price is already very low. Or you can pick another item from my listing without any discount on shipping. Or you can bundle with any of my listing to save shipping cost. Thanks
