Usually given to VIP's at these stores, or it's given when anyone purchases beauty/fragrance items from a particular collection. They're not official Dior bags so they're not officially branded, with a number/QR codes so they don't actually hold any value. Luxury brand companies contract unlicensed factories to print/create these gifts with purchase for their gifts with purchase.
